AGENDA OF THE MEETING OF THE WEDGEWOOD VILLAGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO BE HELD AT THE FRIENDSWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY LOCATED AT 416 S FRIENDSWOOD DRIVE ON March 10, 2026 BEGINNING AT 6:00 P.M. TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS: 

NOTE: This meeting is for Wedgewood Village Homeowners of sections 1-7 and a guest(s) of present homeowners.

IV. Approval of Minutes – January 2025, February 2026

V.  Announcement of Closed Executive Session for one or more of the following purposes, which shall be announced, if needed:

A. Consultation with attorney (5 TGC §551.071); 

B. Deliberations about real property (5 TGC §551.072); 

C. Deliberation regarding prospective gifts (5 TGC §551.073); 

D. Personnel matters (5 TGC §551.074); 

E. Deliberation regarding security devices or security audits (5 TGC §551.089);

F. Relating to managing emergencies and disasters (5 TGC §418.183(f); must be tape recorded); and/or 

G. To consider actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract

negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the property

owners' association's attorney, matters involving the invasion of privacy of individual

owners, or matters that are to remain confidential by request of the affected parties and
