V. Announcement of Closed Executive Session for one or more of the following purposes, which shall be announced, if needed:

C. Deliberation regarding prospective gifts (5 TGC §551.073);
D. Personnel matters (5 TGC §551.074);
E. Deliberation regarding security devices or security audits (5 TGC §551.089);
